Pros

  • Easy to use interface.
  • So far, it has done an excellent job recording when our site is up or down, which is its primary purpose, so it's good it gets that right.
  • Setting up comprehensive monitoring for an entire site, including DNS, Web Server health, TLS certificate monitoring, etc. is a breeze.
  • Easy to configure even for low-skill employees. The amount of ways you can configure the notifications is also nice.
  • Monthly emails with scheduled reports is really good to have, not something other providers sent.

Cons

  • API for pushover broke, we didn't find out till after a small outage. RUM could provide more insights like Pingdom.
  • Price plans could be more dynamic, documents could be more detailed.
  • The graphs they have to display the data are a little lacking.
  • You cannot add a team member in the lowest plan.
  • It's intuitive for technically skilled users; however, we use this tool in our support team for basic monitoring so it requires a little more training.
