Pros

User testing makes it incredibly convenient to run moderated and unmoderated user tests.
Very fast responses from users, Very detailed qualitative feedback, Easy to use and set-up.
UT's immense stock of viable participants has opened up testing for us and sped up our processes.
Recruiting from the UserTesting panel couldn't be easier.
We love the fact that the ML tool finds and pinpoints the places in the video where players had positive or (more important to us) negative feedback.
It is super easy to set up moderated and unmoderated studies. The templates for tasks are time-savers. Results are ready usually within hours.

Cons

I would like to have a more robust and easier way to organize tests. Currently, creating folders and moving and sorting tests is quite laborious.
You do have to set aside the time to watch and analyze the videos, which can be time consuming.
There are lots of usability issues - which is ironic because UserTesting itself is used to test websites' and apps' usability!
Usertesting could have more types of questions built in.
It can be cost-prohibitive for individual contributors.
Their mobile app is quite buggy and crashes often.
