  • This software has a problem in that marketing reports have very little information.
  • Old user interface, not user friendly, UX is far from intutitive.
  • Some advance features lags while analyzing. CRM synchronisation could be improve.
  • The software has a steep learning curve, making it necessary to get some technical support before you can use the program to its full extent.
