Pros

  • Very easy platform to set up and configure.
  • Their tracking is flawless. Their notifications in Windows 10 come in a nanosecond.
  • Sales Handy has allowed us to track possible prospects and create a pipeline to support sales.
  • The ability to see who has viewed and opened my emails, which lets me add to my database and follow up accordingly.
  • Very easy to install and use. The staff at saleshandy are always on hand to answer any questions very quickly.
  • Value for money and very efficient tracking.

Cons

  • Slightly confusing on the billing side of things. The lack of an ability to set a "reply-to" address is frustrating but not a deal-breaker.
  • Should carry IP location functionality on tracking.
  • It doesn't give me the ability to see who has opened my email if I send it to multiple recipients at the same time.
  • The raw report for the results is not 100% acurrate or offers all the details needed.
  • I don't like that it doesn't show if the person has forwarded my mail to any additional participants and if yes, then to whom.
