Pros

Survey Monkey allows us to customize the survey however we want. But, what I like best is it capability to integrate with our Zendesk system through URL placeholder.
Surveymonkey meets my data security needs by securing data generated via our surveys with Hipaa, sso and gdpr compliance features.
I find that survey monkey enterprise is the easiest for customers to complete, thus getting more completions on a volunteer basis. It's also anonymous and allows customers to give their true feedback.
Personalization and analytics features are very good.
Helpful that customization is easy for multipurpose use. It’s easy to see how things work and catch on based on the user-friendly interface.

Cons

Some of the ads and other marketing looks unprofessional. So I would just limit this to more internal use.
Some more customization should be allowed like adding company logos etc. Embedding within the webpage is not that seamless
Even though we are on enterprise, the thing that I don't like about Survey Monkey is its two factor authenthication.
I feel like it takes a lot of work to make the surveys appear truly professional. Surveys tend to feel a bit child-like in appearance at times.
The free version limits you to only collecting basic information. The pricing could be a little better for the basic plan.
