Pros

• The updated colorful and meaningful graphs and charts are excellent, and with the great visualizations in the panels and the much-required metrics and other good features they provide.
• The Grafana is equipped with very lightweight dashboard pages.
• It's is easy to monitor the connectivity logs in daily basis
• Since it is an open source project, there are means to integrate with a large number of data collection systems.

Cons

• It does not have connectivity with all of the databases in the market.
• It does not have the automatic report generation facility, that could have been introduced so that we can have automated reporting for our customers.
• Displaying logs is a bit unsupported at the moment
• Requires plugins in order to use some data sources
• Grafana does not support alerting for graphs with template variables.
