Pros

I love the UX of it; it's so intuitive, even if you are a beginner with WebEngage.
Customer support is very active and instant.
The robust mix of all possible communication channels helps develop an efficient omnichannel strategy.
Some of the best things about webengage are its dashboard - everything very easily navigatable and available on the sidebar.
Easy to create customer journies & in-depth analysis.
The CRM is quite comprehensive and easy to use with being new user-friendly too.

Cons

The Customer Care team can be made more well-versed with in-depth product knowledge to help solve client queries more proactively.
The only thing I really hate about webengage is it lets me create a campaign on my mobile but doesn't let me publish it.
There could be more educational sessions/webinars on the complete power of WebEngage.
The only thing that bothers me is that sometimes it takes too long to create Live segments.
It does not have the value for money that we seek to offer our customers since the cost is high and would cause a discouragement in all our users.
Reports are not user-friendly. If custom report options are provided it will be more helpful.
