Pros

It was easy to program content, upload images and share with the advocacies.
What has been a huge key is the calendar content scheduler. This combined with oktopost telling you the best times to post is great.
Oktopost is so robust and provides beautiful analytics for all your social platform interactions.
What I've enjoyed is the ease of use and the customer service that they have provided
Unlike many social media management tools, Oktopost is oriented towards the needs of B2B companies, and the roll out of new features and capabilities seems to reflect this focus.
I like being able to post in a calendar view and have someone approve while it's a draft - it automatically turns into a scheduled post!

Cons

I can't figure out why the timezone won't cater to our timezone, even though we are on the timezone in the settings.
There are some new features that have been introduced that show a lot of promise (i.e. AI Message Generator) but don't yet work flawlessly on their own.
One issue that I have faced is some issues with Linkedin API but that's not entirely their fault. Also showing times of engagement stats.
It is a lot to learn and it may be difficult for some people to fully understand the entire services they deliver -- Going through training webinars is most likely needed.
I had a problem deleting some posts that I no longer wanted to see on my board, and I could not delete them automatically.
