  • I also have a lot of problems with social media accounts suddenly becoming disconnected, so I am not able to successfully post images, and I am not aware of the issue until after the posting attempt.
  • Chatmeter has pretty limited functionality with social media integration if you have an omni-platform social mix.
  • Some of the functionality is difficult to use, but they'll help teach you how best to use the platform. There have been some small errors that are known but aren't yet fixed.
  • The response time for fixing small glitches can be kind of long. The support team isn't great about following up.
  • It is very pricy when you have many locations. Not able to post to other social media accounts like Pinterest, Instagram and respond to inbox messages.
  • Every now and then, the information when auditing against local business listings can be a little off. Also, It is a bit of a challenge to find pictures and content that was generated from third-party users and not by the business.
