  • A/B hypothesis testing on dotdigital is very limited, especially when compared with mainstream alternatives out there.
  • The integration with WordPress has been a lengthy process for our new brand site.
  • The templates can at times be restrictive (in terms of image formats and sizes you can use etc.).
  • Using a lot of various contact groups means a lot of background work when setting up contacts, but worthwhile once all set-up.
  • I noticed that you cannot include live video or giphs into emails where I've seen this being done on other platforms.
