  • I love the UX of it; it's so intuitive, even if you are a beginner with WebEngage.
  • Customer support is very active and instant.
  • The robust mix of all possible communication channels helps develop an efficient omnichannel strategy.
  • Some of the best things about webengage are its dashboard - everything very easily navigatable and available on the sidebar.

  • The Customer Care team can be made more well-versed with in-depth product knowledge to help solve client queries more proactively.
