Pros

I like how easy it is to use this service, it intergrates nicly into my website, has a mobile version, and has many themes and layouts to pick from.
Website Toolbox has allowed me to create a very real community with magicians from around the world.
I love the fact that the company website basically helps you along, instructing you how to use the forum and customize it at every step of the way. The customer service is amazing too.
The cost of the forum software and the ease of adding the software to our website were key features for us.
Forums are easy to set up. Spam protection is good.
Our users (many are tech challenged) find the forum easy to use and intuitive.

Cons

Sometimes the time difference causes a delay in issues being addressed.
Not enough web analytics to better understand user behaviors, i.e. ability for the admin to see which members have visited which pages.
Recently there have been problems with people not getting their notifications when expected. And like any other software there are occasional bugs that cause issues as well as service interruptions.
Some of the templates are outdated.
I don't love the fact that you cannot easily add new pages to the site.
Could have a more simply admin homepage, instead of digging around everywhere to edit user roles, for etc.
