Pros

  • Creatio has been an amazing CRM and BPM automation tool for a long time.
  • I love the speed of the platform and how configurable it is. It was very seamless to get onboarded as well.
  • I suppose I won’t be unique in saying that the most impressive feature of Creatio is the low-code development tools. To have the ability to adjust processes to meet every business need is why Creatio stands out.

  • Creatio is less appropriate for: Taking action with Real time tracking Integration with other platforms.
  • It lacks an email template creation feature.
  • We don't like the email template designer. This needs to be enhanced.
  • I feel like because it is so detailed, there are way too many clicks.
  • Round the clock customer support needs improvement.
  • It has few areas for improvements such as the business processes needs to have a real-time impact on the screen.
