- The automation has a better graphic interface than its competitors, the customer service is excellent and definitively, it's a powerful tool.
- UX and the overall setup is crisp and clean. Features work exceptionally well. Easy to use.
- I love the integration with Shopify and I love the interface of the website.
- Drip workflow builder is an excellent and powerful feature. We get hundreds of pre-built workflows.
- Drip has excellent user interface. Pre-Build workflow are available.
- The drip CRM feature is not much advance as compared to other tools. Also, pricing increases as per subscribers.
- Woocommerce integration hasn't worked for some months. Typeform integration needs improvement when working with multiple forms.
- It is not very easy. Not very complicated, though, but there were some improvements needed, some integrations that could be more polished / complete.
- It was very narrowly focused on e-commerce solutions and even though they want to grow in other areas everything seemed tied to this one core focus.
- The support time zone. I'm based in GMT+7, and the Drip support team seems to me in the UTC time zone, and to get a response from them, it takes a little bit of time.
