  • It still has small weaknesses such as slow performance when logging into mobile devices, small limitations when customizing campaigns and not very good integration with Outlook.
  • The learning curve for some of the many response reports they have require a bit of a learning curve.
  • Their software has gone through too many major updates over the last couple of years. It can be frustrating to have to learn "new" software over and over again.
  • Recent updates have made the process of creating a campaign more time consuming/more work that really shouldn't be necessary.
  • I wish the contacts interface was a bit more organized -- a laundry list of every email address on the opening screen is not awesome.
  • I can’t think of a kinder way to say it, but the system just feels a little cheaper.
