Pros

The tool brings a lot of benefits by which we can optimize our web pages performance.
One of the tools that makes it easier to navigate within the site is the search filter and favorites because it gives me a trend perspective according to my daily preferences.
Helps in understanding the popularity of a page. Helps me in easily designing by back-link strategy.
Finding influencers for our niche is easy and helps in increasing brand awareness and building backlinks also.
Really like the tool, especially the "questions" part. It's really useful for your influencer's strategy and for your backlinks strategy as well.

Cons

Maybe too many email alerts but that can probably be configured.
After the 30 day trial, there is a cost associated with the higher tier account options.
It is a bit pricy compare to other tools.
It is not too intelligent to show results based in previous searches and doesn’t allow negative keyword entry.
The marketer tabs are a bit messy as they are focused on Twitter identities and I have seen bot accounts often mixing in the tests.
