Pros

The support team was very patient and helpful every single time.
I like the straight forward features and functionality of Post Affiliate Pro.
The system covers almost everything you need.
It was quite simple to get the page set up and to add assets for affiliates to use.
I like the fact that they have thought of everything like all the collateral and links an affiliate would need, also a landing page for them out of the box, and various commission structures.

Cons

The sign up process takes a little too long for each new affiliate. Takes some technical know-how and training for new signups.
The price of Post Affiliate Pro, at $97 per month, is too high compared to most specialized affiliate program management services.
Hard to set up, although lots of support but better to be setup by the tech team.
The branding feature is only available for Ultimate Plan. Also, it can do better with product and banner intergration.
Some of the customizations is a lot more complicated than it should be. Editing landing pages and emails are tricky.
